Individual
Psychotherapy
According to the American Psychological Association, “Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” This is a goal of therapists.
Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s various hurdles. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide patients with effective tools to help them see what they can do about the stressor.
Couples/Family
Therapy
I implement effective counseling methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new skills and that may lead to a feeling understanding towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and those participating in the session. But in the end, making small changes or learning new skills to effectively manage situations and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
